Responsibilities

• Register patients accurately, prepare forms, and create new files.
• Ensure patient data is up to date and properly stored.
• Chaperone where required and ensure patient safety in clinic and surroundings.
• Enter charges and inventory into the system correctly.
• File test results (lab, ECG, X-ray) promptly into the correct case notes.
• Adhere to safety regulations and ISO/Hospital accreditation standards.
