Qualifications

• Assist with patient registration and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Receive patients directed from lobby and A&E with or without appointment.
• Ensure accurate registration of patient demographics and new files.
• Keep hospital information up to date and protect patient confidentiality.
• Maintain clinic safety and cleanliness at all times.
• Process case notes one day ahead and file promptly after appointments.
• Document all charges and inventory accurately in the system.
• Validate insurance and guarantee letters prior to treatment or admission.
• Assist doctors and colleagues and be ready to mobilize to other clinics as needed.
• Attend department meetings and participate in training and safety programs.
