Job summary

MY Clinic in Shah Alam is seeking a friendly receptionist to greet customers, register new data in the system, and queue them for doctor consultations.

You will handle incoming calls, provide accurate information, manage appointments, reply to customer messages, and send invoices by email. The role requires a professional attitude, willingness to learn, and weekend availability. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate in BM and English; Mandarin is a plus.
• At least 1 year of work experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Professional attitude and appearance.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers upon arrival and make them feel welcomed.
• Register new customer data in the system and arrange queues for doctor consultations.
• Handle incoming calls politely, provide information, and manage appointments.
• Reply customer messages and send invoices by email.
• Remind customers of next-day appointments and prepare cards for customers.
• Receive stocks, letters, parcels, deliveries and direct visitors to the right person.
• Keep the reception area tidy with necessary stationery and materials.
• Perform general administrative duties (filing, faxing, copying, mailing) and undertake ad-hoc tasks.
