• Prior experience in customer service and hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all clients and guests and be a great first impression.
• Maintain optimal client relations, manage clients' check-in and check-out, ad hoc requests and reservations.
• Provide services and support in accordance with clients' preferences.
• Ensure that all customer contact is handled politely and efficiently and accurately meets the needs.
• Inspect the front and back areas and make sure all is always impeccable.
• Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the Management from time to time.
