Job summary

Wonway Manufacturing Sdn Bhd, operating as Elis Malaysia Cleanroom, seeks a Sales & Business Development Executive to grow cleanroom solutions in Johor and Singapore. You will identify new opportunities, tailor solutions for semiconductor, pharmaceutical, healthcare and manufacturing clients, and drive deals from proposal to closure.

You will travel for client visits, present and negotiate terms, and coordinate with operations to ensure service excellence in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

A diploma or degree in Chemical Engineering or related technical field.
At least two years B2B sales or technical sales experience.
Ability to understand client needs and translate to suitable cleanroom solutions.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency; willing to travel across Johor and Singapore.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities across your territory.
Understand client needs and recommend cleanroom services and products.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals and commercial offers.
Negotiate pricing, service agreements and contract terms.
Manage existing accounts and conduct regular client visits to strengthen relationships.
Collaborate with operations and sales teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintain accurate sales activity records and pipeline updates.
