Job summary

Wonway Manufacturing Sdn Bhd, operating as Elis Malaysia Cleanroom, seeks a Sales & Business Development Executive for Cleanroom Solutions in the Northern Region. Based at Batu Merajam, you will drive new business and nurture client relationships across semiconductors, pharmaceuticals and manufacturing sectors.

You will identify opportunities, present tailored solutions for cleanroom laundry, garment leasing and consumables, and work with internal teams to ensure reliable service delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Chemical Engineering or a related technical discipline
• At least two years of B2B sales or technical sales experience
• Ability to translate client needs into cleanroom solutions and services
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities across target industries
• Understand client needs and propose suitable cleanroom solutions
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals and commercial offers
• Negotiate pricing, service agreements and contract terms to win new business
• Manage existing accounts and conduct regular client visits to strengthen relationships
• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth service delivery and accurate records
