Job summary

The Top Cleaning Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to expand our client portfolio and drive business growth in Kuala Lumpur.

You will lead B2B outreach, conduct site inspections to assess cleaning needs, and prepare proposals and tenders for routine and specialized contracts. In this role, you will negotiate terms, close deals to hit monthly revenue targets, and manage ongoing relationships with corporate clients to secure renewals and referrals.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales is preferred.
• Ability to conduct site inspections and scope of work.
• Proficiency in preparing proposals and cost estimates.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Account management and client relationship skills.
• CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• B2B Lead Generation: Identify and pitch prospective corporate clients, facility managers, property developers, and building management companies.
• Site Inspections & Scoping: Conduct site walkthroughs at client premises to assess cleaning requirements, square footage, and scope of work.
• Proposals & Quotations: Prepare detailed service proposals, cost estimates, and official tenders for routine contracts and specialized cleaning jobs.
• Negotiation & Closing: Present proposals to key decision-makers, negotiate contract terms, and close sales to meet monthly revenue targets.
• Account Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing commercial clients to secure contract renewals, upsells, and referrals.
• Pipeline Management: Track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress using our CRM database.
