Job summary

Wonway Manufacturing Sdn Bhd, operating as Elis Malaysia Cleanroom, seeks a Sales & Business Development Executive for Cleanroom Solutions in the Northern Region. Based at Batu Merajam, you will drive new business and nurture client relationships across semiconductors, pharmaceuticals and manufacturing sectors.

You will identify opportunities, present tailored solutions for cleanroom laundry, garment leasing and consumables, and work with internal teams to ensure reliable service delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Chemical Engineering or a related technical discipline
• At least two years of B2B sales or technical sales experience
• Ability to translate client needs into cleanroom solutions and services
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities across target industries
• Understand client needs and propose suitable cleanroom solutions
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals and commercial offers
• Negotiate pricing, service agreements and contract terms to win new business
• Manage existing accounts and conduct regular client visits to strengthen relationships
• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth service delivery and accurate records

About the Role
Cleanroom Solutions | Northern Region

Build your sales & marketing career in specialized cleanroom solutions. Based at our Batu Mertajam office, you’ll develop new business and strengthen client relationships across industries such as semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, healthcare and manufacturing.

You’ll help clients identify suitable cleanroom laundry services, garment leasing and consumables, working closely with internal teams to support reliable service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities in industries that rely on cleanroom services and products.

Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals and commercial offers.

Negotiate pricing, service agreements and contract terms to secure new business.

Manage existing accounts and conduct regular client visits to strengthen relationships and support retention.

Coordinate with operations and sales coordination teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client information and pipeline progress.

Job Requirements

A diploma or degree in Chemical Engineering or a related technical discipline, or relevant technical experience in cleanroom solutions.

At least two years of B2B sales or technical sales experience.

Ability to understand clients’ technical requirements, explain product and service capabilities, and recommend suitable cleanroom solutions.

Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

A good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

A valid driving license, your own vehicle and willingness to travel for client visits.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

A proactive, goal-oriented approach, with the initiative to develop opportunities through to closure.

Experience in microelectronics, pharmaceuticals or cleanroom-related industries would be an advantage.
