Job summary

Wonway Manufacturing Sdn Bhd, operating as Elis Malaysia Cleanroom, seeks a Sales & Business Development Executive to grow cleanroom solutions in Johor and Singapore. You will identify new opportunities, tailor solutions for semiconductor, pharmaceutical, healthcare and manufacturing clients, and drive deals from proposal to closure.

You will travel for client visits, present and negotiate terms, and coordinate with operations to ensure service excellence in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• A diploma or degree in Chemical Engineering or related technical field.
• At least two years B2B sales or technical sales experience.
• Ability to understand client needs and translate to suitable cleanroom solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency; willing to travel across Johor and Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities across your territory.
• Understand client needs and recommend cleanroom services and products.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals and commercial offers.
• Negotiate pricing, service agreements and contract terms.
• Manage existing accounts and conduct regular client visits to strengthen relationships.
• Collaborate with operations and sales teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales activity records and pipeline updates.

Build your sales career across two markets. Join Wonway Manufacturing Sdn Bhd as a sales & marketing representative and grow our cleanroom solutions business across Johor and Singapore.

You’ll connect with clients in the semiconductor, pharmaceutical, healthcare and manufacturing sectors, helping them meet their needs for cleanroom laundry services, garment leasing and specialized consumables.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities across your territory.

Understand client needs and recommend suitable cleanroom services and products.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals and commercial offers.

Negotiate pricing, service agreements and contract terms.

Manage existing accounts and conduct regular client visits to strengthen relationships and support retention.

Work closely with operations and sales coordination teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Keep sales activity records and your opportunity pipeline accurate and up to date.

Job Requirements

A diploma or degree in Chemical Engineering or a related technical discipline, or relevant technical experience in cleanroom solutions.

At least two years of B2B sales or technical sales experience.

Ability to understand clients’ technical requirements, explain product and service capabilities, and recommend suitable cleanroom solutions.

Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

A good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

A valid driving licence, your own vehicle and willingness to travel for client visits across Johor and Singapore.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

A proactive, goal-oriented approach, with the initiative to develop opportunities through to closure.

Experience in microelectronics, pharmaceuticals or cleanroom-related industries would be an advantage.
