Job summary

CB Talents SP in Malaysia is seeking a Cantonese-speaking Booking Reservation associate to join our international team. You will handle inquiries, manage reservations and liaise with hotels to ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Rotational shifts (24/7) apply; fresh graduates welcome; strong problem-solving, independence, and a customer-oriented mindset are required. Prior experience in customer care or the hotel industry is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle pre and post reservation inquiries by phone, e-mail and fax.
• Handle customer requests by phone and e-mail.
• Modify, change and/or cancel existing reservations.
• Make outbound calls to hotels/guests to arrangement special requests.
• Act as liaison between guest and hotel to resolve complaints.
• Manage relationships with hotels by providing high levels of customer service and account management support.
