Job summary

Hartalega in Malaysia is seeking an experienced administrator to oversee canteen, cafe, and transport operations. You will ensure regulatory compliance, manage audits, and handle vendor relations for cost-effective services.

The role requires a bachelor’s in a related field and at least 4 years in F&B or catering within a manufacturing setting, with strong Excel skills and 5S familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in F&B, food service or catering operations, preferably in large-scale canteens in manufacturing.
• Solid knowledge of F&B regulatory and food safety requirements, including Food Act 1983, Food Hygiene Regulations 2009, KKM requirements, HALAL standards and 5S.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of canteen and cafe facilities per company standards.
• Enforce compliance by canteen operators with Food Act 1983 and KKM requirements.
• Monitor canteen conditions to meet regulatory and 5S standards.
• Conduct and supervise internal audits on canteen operations for regulatory compliance.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions addressing audit findings and non-compliance.
• Process invoices and claims related to meal vouchers and catering services timely.
• Arrange employee transportation services and maintain transport records.
• Liaise with transport vendors to verify driver suitability and vehicle condition.
• Manage vendor-related matters and address employee queries on canteen and local admin services.
• Check compliance with company policies and coordinate audits and budget control.
