Job summary

Hartalega Holdings Berhad is seeking an Officer - Local HR (Infrastructure Management) to oversee canteen, café, and transport administration with a strong focus on compliance with Malaysian regulations. You will conduct internal audits, implement corrective actions, and manage invoicing and vendor coordination.

The role requires a Diploma and 3–4 years HR experience in manufacturing, plus advanced Excel skills to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Studies, Management, or HR (or equivalent).
• 3–4 years HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of HR procedures, policies, and labour legislation.
• Experience in compliance auditing, social audits and 5S.
• Experience in contract and vendor management.
• Advanced Excel skills and process improvement familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee canteen, café, and transport administration.
• Perform internal audits for regulatory compliance.
• Implement corrective actions for audit findings.
• Process invoices and meal-related claims.
• Coordinate transportation operations and vendor liaison.
• Review monthly invoices for transport providers.
• Handle vendor matters and employee queries on these services.
