Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse supervisory experience required.
• Proficient with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong leadership and staff development capabilities.
• Experience with inventory control and FIFO/LIFO practices.
• Knowledge of 5S and workplace safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Record and monitor stock movements to ensure accurate postings.
• Update stock status, labels, and locations using the WMS.
• Train new staff on former handling and SOP compliance.
• Coordinate all store activities from receiving to storage with proper labeling.
• Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies.
• Analyse workflow and monitor FIFO implementation.
• Maintain 5S, visual management, and safety.
• Support performance evaluations and KPI tracking.
