Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee management of all admin matters for canteen, café and transport.
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of facilities.
• Ensure compliance with Food Act 1983, KKM requirements, HALAL standards, and 5S.
• Conduct internal audits for canteen operations and verify regulatory compliance.
• Implement corrective actions for audit findings and non-compliance issues.
• Process invoices and meal voucher/ catering service claims punctually.
• Arrange employee transport and maintain accurate transportation records.
• Coordinate with transport vendors on driver suitability and vehicle condition.
• Manage vendor relations and respond to employee queries relating to canteen and admin services.
• Monitor department budget and coordinate audits and policy adherence.
