Job summary

TE Connectivity Manufacturing Malaysia is seeking an experienced professional to oversee Employee Services, including canteen, dormitory, transportation and security management. You will ensure food service quality, safety, cost control, vendor compliance and employee satisfaction.

Ideal candidate has a degree in business administration and 3-5 years' experience in canteen, dormitory and transportation coordination, with strong communication and leadership capabilities and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree in business administration or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience working for canteen, dormitory and transportation arrangement.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• ISO 9001, ISO14001 and RBA knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle tasks independently and confidentially.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational and leadership abilities.
• Vendor management and compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily canteen operations and meal arrangements.
• Work with facility and ensure canteen facilities/equipment in good condition.
• Administer meal card management and summary report.
• Liaise with canteen vendors to ensure food quality, hygiene and service standard.
• Monitor meal cost, usage, and budget utilization; prepare monthly reports.
• Monitor third-party vendors managing employee dormitory/accommodation and transportation.
• Oversee dormitories and transportation ensuring safety, cleanliness, security and compliance.
• Conduct regular dormitory inspection to ensure cleanliness, safety and compliance.
• Conduct routine dormitory and vehicle audit, prepare audit report and follow up corrective actions.
• Monitor CCTV system and security alarms; identify and report suspicious activity and security risks.
