Job summary

Celestica is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to lead campus outreach and end-to-end talent acquisition for Malaysian sites. You will build relationships with universities, coordinate career days, screen and interview graduates, and partner with hiring managers to establish interview panels.

Travel regionally and manage campus events, ROI reporting, and pipeline conversion from interns to juniors. The role requires 7–10 years of experience; ATS, JobStreet, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Google Forms

Qualifications

7–10 years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience, with campus hiring focus.
Experience coordinating university events, campus visits, and career fairs.

Responsibilities

Primary point of contact for university liaisons, career centers and student bodies.
Develop and execute campus outreach strategy to build employer brand presence.
Coordinate university industry visits, campus career days, and student group site tours.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Management Trainees/Fresh Graduate programs in Malaysia.
Screen candidates via paper pre-screening, assessments, and structured interviews.
Review portfolios with hiring managers to form interview panels and selection rounds.
Maintain conversion pipelines from interns to full-time juniors; organize events and campaigns.
Track ROI and metrics in Campus Recruitment Tracker; monitor diversity and distribution.
