Job summary

You will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop targeted hiring plans, and source candidates via job portals, social media, networks, and referrals. You will track metrics and drive employer branding initiatives. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, BA, Psychology, or related field is required.
• 2–4 years of full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Proactive, results-driven recruiter with passion for talent engagement.
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute targeted recruitment strategies to attract a diverse, skilled and high-calibre talent pool.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future staffing needs and develop targeted hiring plans.
• Source candidates using multiple channels including job portals, social media, professional networks and referrals.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from posting jobs to onboarding and offers, including negotiations.
