Celestal is expanding its Kuala Lumpur office and is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the end-to-end recruitment of engineering and technical roles across Asia. You will source, interview, and onboard top talent while collaborating with the Group HR Manager and Managing Director to strengthen CELESTAL's regional presence.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years in recruitment, strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter), excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in recruitment, ideally in engineering/technical fields.
• Experience in international environments is highly desirable.
• Fluent English; additional Asian languages are a plus.

Your Mission

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering and technical positions across the Asia region.

Reporting to the Group HR Manager and working closely with the Managing Director, you will become a key member of our Kuala Lumpur team. Beyond recruitment, you will contribute to strengthening our local presence by attracting top talent, supporting HR activities and helping drive the continued growth of our business in Asia.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer stage, for engineering and technical positions across Asia.
• Source and engage top engineering talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and direct search techniques.
• Conduct candidate interviews and assess technical skills, motivation and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide recruitment recommendations.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies for niche and hard-to-fill positions.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Prepare employment contracts and HR documentation for consultants in compliance with company procedures and local regulations.
• Coordinate and manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth integration for new consultants.
• Act as the primary HR point of contact for consultants throughout their assignments, providing ongoing support and ensuring a positive employee experience.
• Monitor consultants throughout their assignments and provide day-to-day HR support.
• Maintain accurate employee records and support general HR administration.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and strengthen CELESTAL's visibility across the Asian market.
• Work closely with the Managing Director and the Group HR Manager to support the development of the Kuala Lumpur office and continuously improve recruitment and HR processes.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of recruitment experience.
• Previous experience in engineering, technical recruitment or an international environment is highly desirable.
• Strong sourcing skills, particularly using LinkedIn Recruiter and direct search techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-organised, proactive and able to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Motivated by challenges and excited by the opportunity to contribute to the growth of a newly established office.
• Fluent English is mandatory. Additional Asian language(s) would be an advantage.
