Nstarts Consultants Company Limited in Penang is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment for Malaysia and SEA, partnering with hiring managers and sourcing candidates via LinkedIn and JobStreet, while handling onboarding and employer branding. The role requires 1–3 years in recruitment/HR ops and a Diploma/Degree in HR or related fields.

Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of Malaysian labor laws are essential.

Qualifications

Diploma/degree in HR, business, or related fields.
1–3 years of recruitment, headhunting, or HR ops experience (fresh grads with relevant internships considered).

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment for Malaysia and SEA.
Partner with hiring managers and source candidates via LinkedIn and JobStreet.
Conduct screenings and manage onboarding.
Support employer branding and hiring analytics.
Handle employment contracts, onboarding logistics, and probation reviews.
Maintain HR records and liaise between local staff and HQ HR.
Drive payroll data collation and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB/MTD).
Assist with annual tax filings (Form E/EA) with confidentiality.
Ensure labor law compliance and manage Employment Pass applications/renewals for foreign staff.
Oversee Penang office administration, vendor management, travel logistics, expense claims, translations, and HQ requests.
