Celestal is expanding its Kuala Lumpur office and is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the end-to-end recruitment of engineering and technical roles across Asia. You will source, interview, and onboard top talent while collaborating with the Group HR Manager and Managing Director to strengthen CELESTAL's regional presence.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years in recruitment, strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter), excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years in recruitment, ideally in engineering/technical fields.
• Experience in international environments is highly desirable.
• Fluent English; additional Asian languages are a plus.

Mansioni

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering and technical roles across Asia.
• Source and engage top engineering talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and direct search.
• Conduct candidate interviews and assess technical skills, motivation and culture fit; coordinate with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
• Prepare employment contracts and HR documentation for consultants; manage onboarding.
• Support employer branding and contribute to the Kuala Lumpur office growth.
