Job summary

EY Malaysia is seeking a Campus Hire Recruiter to drive recruitment growth within the Talent Attraction and Acquisition team. You will work to understand business goals, build strategic sourcing solutions, and manage the full recruitment cycle across our professional services landscape.

You will establish relationships with business leaders, ensure timely recruitment delivery, and promote diversity and inclusion while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of recruitment experience in-house and/or outsourced environments.
• Proficient in talent sourcing and mapping.
• Experience recruiting for professional services/consulting is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and client-focused mindset.
• Ability to engage with leaders and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Meticulous with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Key point of contact for one business unit and ensure timely recruitment support.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and understand their business goals.
• Develop strategic sourcing solutions and talent pipelines.
• Execute recruitment strategies across global operating procedures.
• Profile and present qualified candidates and recommend best fit.
• Promote diversity and inclusivity in recruitment.
• Provide reports and analytics to leadership and flag risks.
