Job summary

Centific Global Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner in Malaysia to lead recruitment efforts and attract top talent through targeted sourcing and campaigns. You will assess candidate fit, manage offers, and collaborate with stakeholders to support delivery.

Responsibilities include defining hiring needs with managers, proactive sourcing across channels, and keeping recruitment data up-to-date in Workday.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2–4 years of recruitment experience, talent sourcing, and HR data handling.
Familiarity with Workday for recruitment processes and candidate management.
Ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; English fluent; Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

Identify current and future hiring needs in collaboration with department managers.
Proactively source candidates via job portals, databases, social media, academic channels and global networks.
Assess candidate fit based on skills, experience and project requirements.
Promote Centific Global Solutions as an employer of choice.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation across recruitment activities.
Provide recruitment updates and reports to project and team managers.
