About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager focused on Asia Markets to help drive international growth and build strong strategic partnerships across the region. In this role, you will identify, recruit, and manage strategic partners, affiliates, and business introducers in target Asian markets. Your mission will be to craft and implement growth strategies designed to expand market presence, bring in new clients, and maximize revenue. You will also represent the company at industry events and conferences, collaborate across teams (Marketing, Compliance, Operations), and provide leadership with actionable market insights.
What You Bring
- Native or fluent English (C1), plus fluency in either Thai or Korean (written and spoken)
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or affiliate management ideally with prior exposure to Asian markets or digital/tech-driven sectors
- Proven track record of building and managing partner networks, negotiating commercial agreements, and driving growth in international or emerging markets
- Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel across the assigned region as required
- Ability to work independently with autonomy, and to collaborate cross-functionally to deliver on business objectives
