Job summary

CARSOME is seeking an Executive, Business Development (NCD) to drive dealer partnerships and used car opportunities in Malaysia. The role requires proactive outreach to new car dealers, building relationships to grow revenue and meet targets.

You will coordinate with related departments to execute strategic actions and ensure smooth processes in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has 1+ year in car sales, a driving license, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Minimum 1 year in sale experience or strong connections within the car industry.
• Candidate must be willing to travel.
• Must have valid Driving License and own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Contact new car dealers (NCD) who are interested in assisting them in used cars disposal.
• Servicing, recruiting new & existing new car dealers to explore business opportunities.
• Perform analysis and provide feedback on used cars pricing requests by new car dealers.
• Assist for car inspection appointments upon dealer's request.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales efficiency and increase generated revenue.
• Work closely with various related departments and in-line with set of standards.
• Set sales objectives and establish action plans for achieving the set targets.
