Job summary

Carsome Group is seeking an Executive in Business Development to prospect and onboard new car dealers (NCD) for used car disposal, drive revenue, and meet sales targets. You will coordinate with internal teams, develop strategies, and maintain dealer relationships across Malaysia.

The role requires strong negotiation and communication skills, a willingness to travel, and a valid driving license with own transport. Prior car-industry connections are a plus and a go-getter attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• At least High Secondary, STPM, A-Level, Certificate, Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Minimum 1 year in sales experience or strong connections within the car industry.
• Willingness to travel and valid driving license with own transport.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Advantageous to have car industry exposure.

Responsibilities

• Contact new car dealers (NCD) interested in disposed used cars.
• Servicing and recruiting new and existing dealers to explore business opportunities.
• Analyze and provide pricing feedback on used cars for dealers.
• Assist with car inspection appointments upon dealer request.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales efficiency and revenue.
• Collaborate with related departments to meet standards.
• Set sales objectives and action plans to achieve targets.
