Job summary

CARSOME is seeking an Executive, Business Development (NCD) to drive dealer acquisition and revenue growth in Setiawangsa, Kuala Lumpur. You will prospect new car dealers (NCD), service existing ones, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize pricing and opportunities.

Ideal candidates have 0-2 years in sales or strong ties to the car industry, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and willingness to travel with a valid driving license and own transport.

Qualifications

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Minimum 1 year in sales experience or strong car-industry connections.
• Willingness to travel and drive with valid license.

Responsibilities

• Contact new car dealers (NCD) who are interested in used cars disposal.
• Servicing, recruiting new & existing new car dealers to explore business opportunities.
• Perform analysis and provide pricing feedback on used cars requests from dealers.
• Assist for car inspection appointments upon dealer's request.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales efficiency and revenue.
• Set sales objectives and action plans to achieve targets.
