Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an International Business Development Engineer to bridge engineering, technical support, and project coordination with dealers and customers across Southeast Asia and the Middle East.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in technical support, engineering, maintenance, project support, or a related field.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Chinese language proficiency is highly preferred to support customers and dealers in China and Taiwan.

Responsibilities

• Support international dealers and customers on technical and project-related matters.
• Participate in overseas project work, training, commissioning, and customer/dealer support when required.
• Prepare engineering drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit.
• Prepare Bills of Materials (BOM) and other engineering documentation.
• Develop and maintain technical documents, including troubleshooting guides, maintenance documents, and component manuals.
• Work closely with engineering, production, project, and other departments to resolve technical and design issues.
• Ensure drawings, materials, and technical documentation are accurate and suitable for fabrication and site installation.
• Support compliance with the company's ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.
• Maintain proper backups and secure storage of engineering files.
• Safeguard confidential company technologies and technical information.
