Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking a Business Development Manager to build the customer base and sales pipeline for Asia. You will drive end-to-end sales from initial contact through project delivery and brand development for turnkey technology, engineering, and manufacturing solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, with strong English communication and international business experience to engage clients across sectors.

The Business Development Manager will be one of the pioneer business team members responsible for building the customer base and sales pipeline in the Asia region from the ground up. The incumbent will drive the full sales cycle from customer acquisition, sales strategy and planning, negotiation, project delivery and brand building for high contract value turnkey technology, engineering and manufacturing processing solutions sales in targeted sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the full sales cycle from customer acquisition, sales strategy/plan, negotiation, project delivery and brand building.
• Actively involved in turnkey coordination. Collaborate closely with technical, engineering, procurement, and project execution teams to build accurate cost estimations, tenders and integrated proposals.
• Conduct factory visits, and technical presentations. Manage customer meetings and relationship building.
• Represent the company at industrial fairs, exhibitions, conferences, and business networking activities.
