Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma holder.
• Experience in financial institutions with customer interaction.
• Cash handling and transaction processing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior service to walk-in customers and meet CSAT targets.
• Meet targets for products: CASA, FD, cross-sell cards and loans.
• Use tablets/devices for customer service and cross-selling.
• Carry out branch operations and ensure accurate transaction processing.
• Support digital transformation initiatives and Connect Penetration.
• Supervise clerical staff and maintain a compliant work environment.
