Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma holder.
• Related experience in financial services or customer interaction.
• Cash handling and sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to walk-in customers and contribute to CSAT scores.
• Carry targets for CASA, FD Book growth, account opening and cross selling of products.
• Learn and use iPads or devices for customer service and cross selling.
• Perform Meeter-Greeter/Navigator duties as applicable and assist in service calls.
• Support digital transformation initiatives including Connect Penetration and OTC migration.
