• Carry clear targets for product growth and account opening, cross selling of cards and lending.
• Learn and use iPads/devices for customer service and cross selling where applicable.
• Assist in calling customers for service or sales interactions.
• Perform branch operations and ensure accurate cash handling.
• Process transactions in a timely and accurate manner and adhere to transaction limits.
• Support risk controls and observe Code of Conduct & Ethics.
