Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to walk-in customers and contribute to CSAT scores.
• Carry targets for CASA and FD Book growth and account opening; cross-sell PL, Credit Cards, Portfolio Sales.
• Learn and use iPads/other devices for customer service and cross-selling.
• Perform Meeter-Greeter/Navigator role on a rotational basis.
• Assist in contacting customers for service or sales interactions.
• Support digital transformation initiatives including Connect Penetration and OTC migration.
