Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma holder required.
• Experience in financial institutions or related field preferred.
• Customer interaction and sales experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to walk-in customers and contribute to CSAT targets.
• Carry targets for product growth and account openings, cross-selling orders.
• Learn and use devices for customer service and cross selling; perform meet-and-greet duties.
• Support digital transformation initiatives and maintain staffing levels.
• Handle branch operations including cash balancing and transactions, within SOPs.
