The role supports the Branch Manager in growing the business, maintaining service standards, controlling overheads, and driving improvements in productivity, risk management, customer loyalty and deposits growth.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the branch including operational efficiency and compliance with all processes and procedures.
• Ensure service quality standards in the branch are met in line with the Bank’s strategic objectives.
• Support the Branch Manager/PB Hub Manager in driving branch business growth, monitoring asset quality and maintaining service delivery standards.
• Ensure branch overheads are managed within budget.
• Service quality improvements.
• Increase productivity, efficiency and accuracy of branch operations.
• Managing operational risk.
• Increase customer loyalty.
• Increase customer base and deposit growth.
