Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad is seeking a branch operations professional to handle daily transactions and ensure service quality in line with strategic objectives.

The role includes acting as Chief Cashier / Relief Chief Cashier, managing cash holdings, balancing, SST loading, and customer inquiries. Occasional relief in the absence of the Service & Operations Manager may be required.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer service, cash handling, or clerical roles.
• Good interpersonal skills and professional appearance.
• Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks in a busy branch.

Responsabilidades

• Process and handle day-to-day branch transactions while maintaining service quality.
• Serve as Chief Cashier/ Relief Chief Cashier managing cash, balancing, SST loading, and transactions.
• Assist with first-line resolution of enquiries and complaints.
• Relieve Service & Operations Manager (SOM) in their absence.
