Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee branch personnel and daily operations.
• Drive branch sales targets across deposits, investments, loans, Bancassurance, and credit cards.
• Ensure compliance with BNM guidelines and internal controls; monitor audit findings and reporting timelines.
• Coordinate business continuity planning, safety, and security within the branch.
• Develop staff, provide coaching, manage KPIs and performance reviews.
