Job summary

Alliance Bank in Malaysia is seeking a branch staff member to process and handle day-to-day transactions while upholding service quality aligned with the bank's objectives. The role includes acting as Chief Cashier/Relief Chief Cashier to manage cash holdings, balancing, SST loading, and daily transactions.

You will also support first-line resolution of inquiries and complaints and serve as relief in the absence of the Service & Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma qualification from a relevant field (banking, finance, etc).
• Experience in clerical, office administration, cash handling, sales or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process and handle day-to-day branch transactions and ensure service quality.
• Serve as Chief Cashier/Relief Chief Cashier to manage cash holdings, balancing and SST loading.
• Assist with first-line resolution of inquiries and complaints.
• Relieve in absence of Service & Operations Manager (SOM).
