Responsibilities

• Provide best customer service experience to customers.
• Interact with customers to provide information about bank products and services.
• Lodge service-related customer complaints to CRM and resolve issues.
• Process customer requests and applications.
• Escalate requests and unresolved issues to higher authorities.
• Manage all cash transactions, including accepting, counting, and balancing cash.
• Load and unload Self-Service Terminals (SST) and manage cash in transit.
• Provide over-the-counter transaction solutions: greet customers, process deposits/withdrawals, issue cashier's orders.
• Identify and investigate transaction discrepancies.
• Cross-sell by identifying customer needs and recommending products.
• Ensure compliance with bank procedures and regulatory guidelines.
• Support managers and franchise growth initiatives; other duties as required.
