Qualifications

• Must have service-oriented mindset and strong customer service skills.
• Experience in banking operations, knowledge of BSA, ECM, ABM Rules, Basel II and FATCA preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with good organizational and planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute and control branch financial transactions and supervise tellers and CSOs.
• Ensure internal control and compliance throughout branch operations.
• Approve and audit transactions; manage staff capacity and relief arrangements.
• Drive branch customer growth, cross-selling and unit trust initiatives.
