Responsibilities

• Manage the front-end support team to ensure daily customer service issues are attended and resolved.
• Ensure on-time, cost effective, efficient and accurate deliveries to customers.
• Coordinate between sales, production and logistics on branch operations.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain healthy stock levels.
• Asset management and motor vehicle maintenance.
• Analyze and monitor customer cylinder holdings via site audits and reports.
• Provide technical and sales support.
• Establish and update written policies, SOPs, templates and checklists.
• Develop training resources to meet business objectives.
• Provide timely management reports on observations, compliance and variances.

Monitor stock level and ensure stock is at healthy level.

Responsible for analyzing, investigating and monitor customers’ cylinder holding by site audits, cylinders movement report, customer account history etc.

The incumbent to provide technical and sales support.

Establish, implement and update written policies, practices, procedures, SOPs, templates, checklist etc.

Establish training and development resources to meet business’s objectives.

Provide timely reports to the Management on the observations, compliance, variance analysis and improvements.

To perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Management from time to time.
