About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Miri, Sarawak. In this key role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing branch operations, and leading a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
• Managing the day-to-day sales operations of the branch, including sales achievement, inventory management, and sales team supervision
• Providing strong leadership and coaching to the sales team, motivating them to achieve their individual and team goals
• Fostering strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive business development
• Analysing sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities and optimise sales processes
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, accounting and industry regulations
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the overall business objectives

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management or branch operations role, preferably within the FMCG distribution or logistics industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and successfully leading a team of sales professionals
