Job summary

Ikari Shodoku Malaysia is seeking an ambitious Assistant Branch Manager to partner with branch leadership, inspire the team and drive store performance to new heights. The role demands strong leadership, operational excellence and a proactive approach to business expansion.

You will lead sales and service teams, implement SOPs, recruit and train staff, and ensure timely reporting to head office. Occasional travel and fluent English, Mandarin, and BM communication are expected to meet diverse

Key responsibilities

Achieve Company sales & operation KPI to meet the needs and expectations of the business and its customers.

To lead team members and ensure sales and operation flow as per Company policy and standard operating procedure (SOP). Create, review, implement and improve SOP from time to time.

Manage manpower and schedule of service. To recruit and train staff to fulfil the current and planned future contractual obligations of the corporate.

Monitor quality of services rendered. Reduce complaint call by agreed target & managing to meet customer retention performance target.

Ensure all required documents, reports are managed according to system setting and prepared accurately. Data update and documents submit to head office on time.

Manage the assets of the business in accordance with policy. Eg. service equipment, stocks, budget, vehicle & etc.

About you

Possess leadership skill, detail oriented, discipline, positive, passionate to work and good communication skill with different level of staff in the organization.

Minimum Diploma & 5 years working experience in supervising / planning / managing services or operation field.

Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. Experience of managing staffs or workers.

Experience of ISO Standard and documentation control.

Able to do planning, presentation, draw up SOP and setting Company policy as needed.

Result oriented, dynamic, creative, self motivated and willing to accept challenge.

Ability to priorities tasks with effective time management & quality works.

Posses own transport (car) & willing to travel.

Able to do supervising and inspection at site.

Able to attend customer inquiry calls at odd hours / weekend if emergency needed.

Able to speak & write in good English, Mandarin and BM. Able to communicate with Mandarin or Japanese speaking clients will be an added advantage.
