Job summary

B.I.G Industrial Gas Sdn Bhd is seeking a Branch Manager / Assistant Branch Manager for the Bintulu region. The role requires a diploma in marketing or business administration and at least 3 years of related experience, with strong communication and coordination skills to lead front-end support and ensure smooth customer service and deliveries.

You will coordinate between sales, production and logistics, monitor stock, and oversee asset management and vehicle maintenance.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Marketing or Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years related working experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willing to travel and possess own transport.
• Capable of meeting deadlines and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Manage the front-end support team to ensure daily customer service issues are addressed and resolved.
• Ensure on-time, cost-effective, efficient and accurate deliveries to customers.
• Coordinate between sales, production and logistics on branch operations.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain healthy stock.
• Assets management and motor vehicle maintenance.
• Analyze and monitor customer cylinder holdings via site audits and reports.
• Provide technical and sales support.
• Establish, implement and update policies, SOPs, templates and checklists.
• Establish training resources to meet business objectives.
• Provide timely reports to management on observations, compliance, variance analysis and improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Role:

Manage the front-end support team to ensure on-time, cost effective, efficient and accurate deliveries to our customers.

Coordinate between the sales, production and logistics team on the operations of the branch.

Monitor stock level and ensure stock is at healthy level.

Assets Management and motor vehicle maintenance.

Responsible for analyzing, investigating and monitor customers’ cylinder holding by site audits, cylinders movement report, customer account history etc.

The incumbent to provide technical and sales support.

Establish, implement and update written policies, practices, procedures, SOPs, templates, checklist etc.

Establish training and development resources to meet business’s objectives.

Provide timely reports to the Management on the observations, compliance, variance analysis and improvements.

To perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Management from time to time.
