Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee day-to-day store operations, stock management, and hygiene standards. You will enforce SOPs, supervise staff, and drive sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

You will lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service, train staff on product knowledge, and ensure compliance with SOPs, cash handling, and promotional campaigns from headquarters.

Responsabilités

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations including store opening/closing procedures, stock handling, and hygiene standards.
• Enforce SOPs related to inventory, cashiering, visual merchandising, petty cash, and safety.

• Drive store sales performance to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service and consultative selling.
• Monitor daily sales performance and take proactive steps to meet targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve complaints professionally.
• Train staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and service standards.
• Ensure 100% compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Manage daily opening/closing procedures, stock management, and cash handling.
• Execute all marketing campaigns and promotional activities assigned by headquarters.
• Train staff to actively promote featured products and current offers
• Communicate key updates, promotions, and SOP changes to the team.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all store activities and incidents
