Job summary

RYADTECH SDN BHD in Malaysia seeks a Branch Operations Manager to ensure smooth Bintulu operations. You will lead site technical teams on projects, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with policies and best practices.

You will collaborate with Sales & Marketing to achieve yearly targets, report to the Director, and develop strong client relationships while maintaining high standards of execution and safety.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical and Instrumentation or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Electrical and Instrumentation.
• Minimum 1 year in a managerial role.
• Experience in electrical or oil & gas is an advantage.
• Able to build good client relationships.
• Good written and verbal English communication.
• Strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Positive, hardworking, adaptable and trustworthy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and AutoCAD; own transport.

Job description

Report directly to the Director and ensure smooth operation of the Bintulu Branch. Manage site technical teams in the execution of projects, monitor progress, and maintain compliance with company policies and best practices.

Key responsibilities

Report and produce information to the supervisor related to daily maintenance jobs

Manage site technical teams in the execution of projects

Monitor the progress of projects

Prepare weekly and monthly reports, including updates

Ensure good project management

Ensure compliance of the team with company policies and best practices

Work together with the Sales & Marketing Department to achieve yearly sales targets

About you

Degree in Electrical and Instrumentation or a related field

Minimum 5 years of working experience in Electrical and Instrumentation

Minimum 1 year of working experience as a Manager

Experience in the Electrical or Oil & Gas environment is an advantage

Able to create good relationships with clients

Good written and verbal communication skills in English

Good team player with the ability to establish effective and good working relationships with all levels of personnel

Positive work attitude, hardworking, able to accept new challenges, responsible, and trustworthy

Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD applications

Possess own transport
