TSM Automobile Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic Branch Manager for the Tawau District, Sabah. This full-time role leads branch performance, strategy, and operations, reporting to senior management.

You will drive growth, ensure operational excellence, and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a proven track record in management within manufacturing, transport, and logistics sectors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all branch operations and ensure achievement of sales, profitability and operational targets
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and market penetration within the Tawau District
• Manage and lead a team of staff, providing coaching, mentoring and performance management to ensure high standards of service
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and all relevant regulatory requirements
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners and stakeholders to support business development
• Monitor financial performance, manage budgets and control costs to maximise profitability
• Implement and maintain quality control standards across all branch operations
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvements to enhance productivity
• Represent the company at local events and in the community to build brand presence and reputation
• Prepare regular reports on branch performance and submit to senior management

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our operations in the Tawau District, Sabah. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the branch's performance, strategy and operations. As Branch Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. This position reports directly to senior management and requires someone with strong leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and a proven track record in management within the manufacturing, transport and logistics sector.

Key responsibilities

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a management role within manufacturing, transport, logistics or a related industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing branch or site operations with responsibility for P&L and team leadership
• Strong knowledge of the automotive, transport or logistics sector is highly desirable
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
• Strong commercial acumen with demonstrable ability to drive sales growth and improve profitability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
• Proficiency in using business management systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel locally as required
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken)
• Familiarity with Sabah's market conditions and local business environment is preferred
