Job summary

ASTEEL SDN. BHD. invites an experienced Manager to lead the Bintulu branch, oversee daily operations, recruit and mentor staff, and ensure top-tier customer service.

You will coordinate sales, marketing plans, and branch meetings, review performance, and collaborate with other ASTEEL branches to meet company goals while upholding regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead branch employees in daily operations.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance.
• Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
• Oversee departmental reports and branch performance.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing plans.
• Conduct regular sales and operations meetings.
• Brief staff on sales targets, promotions, and company updates.
• Organize marketing activities and increase brand awareness in the community.
• Monitor market conditions and identify business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with industry laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with other branches to achieve company goals.
