Job summary

ASTEEL Group Berhad is seeking enthusiastic fresh graduates to join its Sales and Marketing Management Trainee program in Kulai, Malaysia. You will receive structured on-the-job training focused on customer engagement, business development, and market analysis to build lasting relationships.

As part of the program you will assist in identifying opportunities, prepare quotations, and accompany the team on client meetings, exhibitions and events to gain practical experience.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field.
• No prior working experience required; training will be provided.
• Outgoing, energetic and keen to build a career in Sales and Marketing.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage with customers and colleagues.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu; computer literate with Microsoft Office.
• Willing to travel and possess a valid driving license for client meetings.

Key responsibilities

About you

Fresh graduates with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or any other related field

No prior working experience required, as training will be provided

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage with customers and colleagues

Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Melayu
