Job summary

Esteem Energy Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking a Branch Manager based in Central to ensure smooth operations of the Central Branch, lead site technical teams on project execution, monitor progress, and uphold company policies and best practices.

The role requires a degree in Electrical and Instrumentation, at least 7 years in the field, and a minimum of 1 year in a managerial position, with strong English communication and client relationship skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical and Instrumentation or related field.
• Minimum 7 years' experience in Electrical and Instrumentation.
• Minimum 1 year' experience as Manager.
• Able to build good client relationships.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Able to collaborate with all levels of personnel.
• Own transport.
• Proficient in MS Office/Project/PowerPoint and AutoCAD.

Branch Manager based in Central, responsible for ensuring smooth operation of the Central Branch, managing site technical teams on project execution, monitoring project progress, and maintaining compliance with company policies and best practices.

Report and produce information to supervisor related to daily maintenance job

About you

Possess at least Degree in Electrical and Instrumentation, or related field

Minimum 7 years' working experience in Electrical and Instrument

Minimum 1 years' working experience as Manager

Can create good relationship with clients

Good written and verbal communication skills and proficient in the English

A good team player and able to establish effective and good working relationship with all levels of personnel

Possess positive work attitude, hardworking, able to accept new challenges, responsible and trustworthy

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office/Project/Powerpoint, and AUTOCAD applications

Possess own transport
