Job summary

ACESTAHL ENGINEERING SDN BHD is seeking a quality inspection professional to operate manual CMMs and support project development in Rawang. The role involves inspecting production parts, verifying raw material integrity, and maintaining measurement instruments.

You will document SPC methods and report issues promptly. Applicants should have a Diploma or higher, at least 3 years in a related field, and be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of operating manual CMM.
• At least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in related field.
• Willing to work in Rawang and communicate in English/Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Operate manual CMM to inspect production parts.
• Support new project development and define inspection methods.
• Prepare and maintain SPC documentation for processes.
• Carry out inspection activities in production to ensure quality.
• Inspect raw materials for consistency and integrity.
• Maintain, test and troubleshoot instrumentation devices.
• Report problems or concerns to supervisor immediately.
• Willing to work overtime as required.

Job Requirements

Knowledge of operating manual CMM

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.

At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Prefer specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.

Required language(s): Verbal and written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Candidate must be willing to work in Rawang.
